Our Start
Julie was Rookie of the Year. Tim was a distant second.
Julie balanced leadership with motherhood. Tim built a full-time career.
Julie spent 33 years building Brady's Sales Training Program.
Tim spent 23 years at Brady leading a diversity of Sales, Marketing, & Product Development teams. The next 3 in software for a founder then for a PE, was incredible. The past 7 have been as "the Collaborative Advisor."
The crowning achievement in our careers was as partners. We built, launched & institutionalized Brady's "Trusted Advisor" sales methodology that is still used today. Helping professionals grow through sales training & coaching has introduced us to wonderful people. Listening instead of talking makes us better humans, not just better leaders.
Our Family
We raised Connor, Molly & Sydney in Menomonee Falls, WI (metro Milwaukee). It has been a wonderful community that continues to grow in opportunities & experiences. We are so grateful, for our neighbors, friends and teachers along the way.
Our practices are a reflection of our values & beliefs that we hope to extend to a multigenerational practice of serving others.
We are inspired by the development of people to unlock their potential.
